What is the process to order headshots.?

Just send me the files using upload link on order page, we will put together layout with name and borders (No Charge).

or you can walk in anytime, we will print right away in approx. 30 minutes, unless there are unavoidable circumstances.

How to order…Two steps process

STEP ONE Upload files, using UPLOAD links on order page…

STEP TWO add print package to cart on ORDER PAGE and make payment.

What kind of material you use for headshots and resumes..?

We use PROFESSIONAL PHOTO PAPER, Matt finish or CARD STOCK PAPER for headshots. (Normally, card stock is used, if you print resume on the back). We print resume on 32lb, 8×10 size Hammermill laser paper.

Mixing multiple headshot images of same person

Order 10 prints minimum for splitting in two images
Order 25 prints minimum for splitting in three images
Order 50 prints minimum for splitting in four images
Ordering small number…extra image $ 5.00 set up fee

Do we get to approve the layout..

Yes, once we receive the files and the payment, we will put together layout as per your instructions and send you a preview in your email. We print the job only after your approval.

Do you save headshot files, and can we re-order the same prints..?

Yes, we save your headshot files, you can place the order online and send a screenshot of the image for reference, or we can send a preview from our side to confirm the file, before we print. we will search files in our server and print it. If we don’t have the file for some reasons, we will request you resend the original file.

How long it takes to print Headshots, Comp cards, Postcards or Business cards.?

Most of the times, it is same day service. You can place order online, or if not sure, just walk in.

Do you ship jobs..?

Yes, we ship Headshots, resumes by USPS Priority mail. Up to 50 headshot can fit in Flat rate envelop and cost is $ 12.00 More than 50 headshots Up to 200 headshots will fit in flat rate medium box and cost is $ 18.00.
